Kiner is an attorney, educator, healthcare professional, a diversity and inclusion leader, and a Real Estate Broker, with extensive experience spanning law, higher education, public service, healthcare, and organizational leadership. She has represented individuals in employment, civil rights, discrimination, disability accommodation, and workplace retaliation matters and has significant experience practicing before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).

Her professional background includes serving as a Chief Diversity Officer and DEI Manager, where she developed and implemented diversity initiatives, conducted workplace investigations, advised leadership on employment and civil rights matters, and supported equitable hiring and organizational practices. She also served as a Civil Rights Investigator for the MBTA/MassDOT, Diversity Officer for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and an Adjunct Professor at Quincy College.
